INFORMATION GATHERING

During your consultation, I will get to know you and your environment, and you will get to know me. I will listen and take notes, as you share your desires and expectations for your project. I will take photos of your rooms and collections to reference when I am designing your new space.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN AND PRESENTATION

I create a preliminary design, meet with other professionals for specific aspects of your project, and put together my bid. I present my preliminary design, the estimated cost, the project schedule, and my fee of our contracted project.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Once your project commences, my responsibilities begin. I will manage all aspects of construction. Overseeing and participating in the transformation of your property is a very important part of my job.

THE LAYERS

Before, during, and after construction, I will evaluate and procure furniture, lighting, appliances, artwork, and accessories. All through your project, I will collaborate with you every step of the way.
